Ms. Rashidah Kateregga is the Vice Chairperson of the Board of Trustees at Kampala University, appointed in October 2024 by Prof. Al-haj Dr. Badru D. Kateregga, the university's founding Vice-Chancellor. Her appointment marked a strategic transition to uphold and advance the institution’s legacy of academic excellence and innovation.

As Vice Chairperson, she provides leadership in governance, policy direction, and institutional growth, ensuring Kampala University remains a center for quality education and research. She is committed to expanding academic programs, fostering global collaborations, and promoting a student-centered learning environment.

Beyond her role at the university, Ms. Kateregga is passionate about educational empowerment and social transformation, advocating for accessible and impactful higher learning in Uganda and beyond.
