The directorate of quality assurance is dedicated to constantly ensuring quality learning, teaching, curricula, research, and administration in the university through quality culture, systems and procedures in order to achieve our goals and contribute to the society.

This is achieved through:

Ensuring development and enforcement of the university quality assurance policies, practices, academic regulations, as well as coordinating the elaboration of the annual academic reports across the university;
Providing the overall leadership of the Quality Assurance directorate by monitoring and evaluating the environment for quality teaching, learning and administrative procedures;
Leading and coordinating Implementation of educational policies, curriculum development and transformation at the university;
Formulating plans to achieve strategic objectives of the university quality assurance framework;
Coordinating accreditation processes of academic programs;
Providing framework and tools for assessing academic staff by students and the University management;
Leading, coordinating , monitoring and supporting Technology teaching based methodologies at the university;
Development and implementation of management information system to provide quality related information from quality data;
Development and implementation of management information system to provide quality related information from quality data;
Coordinating with HODs and ensuring internal and external examination moderation process implementation across all schools in the university.
Coordinating and overseeing university engagements of Internal and external academic program review activities;
